Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Only one refund per account is permitted.
  • Accounts suspended for misuse or Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
  • Institutional Plan refunds are governed by separate signed agreements.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through account settings or by emailing support@topsyllabus.com.
  • Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days or months.
