Platform Information

How Access Works

• TopSyllabus is a fully digital, web-based platform. There is currently no physical product or downloadable software.
• Access is granted immediately after successful payment.
• A confirmation email is automatically sent to your registered email address after payment completion.
• Users can log in using their registered email address and password through the platform portal.
• The platform works on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices using modern browsers. No mobile app is required currently.

Access Period & Expiry

• Monthly plans provide 30 days of access per billing cycle.
• Annual plans provide 12 months of access from the payment date.
• Renewal reminders are sent 30 days and 7 days before subscription expiry.
• Account data is typically retained for 90 days after expiry.
• Resubscribing within the retention window restores full access and previous data.
• After 90 days, account data may be permanently deleted.

Schools & Institutions

Platform Availability

• TopSyllabus targets 99% platform uptime.
• Planned maintenance is communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• If unplanned downtime exceeds 24 hours, affected subscribers may receive subscription extensions.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Subscribers will be notified at least 7 days before any material changes become effective.
